Senior Home Lending Specialist - Mobile

They know how to ask the right questions to deliver appropriate lending solutions and build trust, confidence and advocacy in every interaction.We are:You’ll be joining our Mobile Lending Team. We’re always on the go, remotely working and, meeting our customers at a time and place that is convenient to them. Using industry-leading technology, our team provide customers with a seamless banking experience anywhere, anytime.You are:

• Looking for a relationship based exciting opportunity to build your own brand in the community.
• You’ll be required to travel frequently to meet your customers and put your solid understanding of our products, processes and policies to good use by proactively identifying your customers’ financial needs.
• You’ll have, a strong presence in the local community, building a credible personal brand with your customer base and a strong and active referral partner network.
• As a mobile banker, you’ll be a stickler for detail, ensuring applications are compliant and checks are complete

• The service you provide will be exceptional, giving you the confidence to ask for external referrals from your existing satisfied customers.

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in residential lending (preferably in your current role) and an existing knowledge of Home Lending products and the current responsible lending legislation
• A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and establishing and maintaining rewarding relationships
• Established networks within the community for referral opportunities
• An ability to identify and anticipate customers’ financial needs
• The ability to see the big picture for customers and provide them with holistic solutions.
