Temporary until June 2025
up to $84,725 (pro rata) depending on skills and experience.

What we are looking for:
Are you passionate about providing expert guidance and support in Human Resources? If so, we have the perfect role for you!
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner with a background in Employee Relations and Industrial Relations to join our team.
To be successful in this role you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation. Your adaptability and flexibility will be key in managing evolving HR demands and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
You will play a pivotal role in shaping our workplace culture by offering senior-level professional advice to managers and employees, ensuring compliance with HR policies, practices, employment conditions, and legislation. Additionally, you'll provide support to enhance manager and employee knowledge of HR practices while fostering a positive workplace culture. Your role will also entail conducting thorough workplace investigations to uphold a fair and respectful environment, and managing people matters such as grievances, performance improvement, conduct, and other disciplinary issues.

What you should have to apply:
AQF Level 7 in Human Resource Management or similar or equivalent in work experience
Previous experience in HR
Flexible to undertake varying work with changing priorities
