Due to growth locally and abroad, they are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their team.
About the Opportunity
As the Senior HR Business Partner, you will report directly to the Head of Human Resources and be responsible for;
- Providing concise, quality advice and guidance to the HR Coordinator and HR Advisor regarding generalist HR matters, recruitment, succession planning, employee & industrial relations, and HR projects.
- Own end to end recruitment outcomes, supporting the team to deliver on key hires across the organisation.
- Partner closely with Regional Managers across all people matters.
- Support key cyclical activities across the organisation including performance and remuneration reviews.
- Support key HR projects and initiatives including; policies and procedures reviews, HR system optimisation, EVP, reward and recognition, recruitment optimisation and more.
- Partnering with the business to develop initiatives to manage retention, productivity and performance.
- Support customers with change management for key workforce and business initiatives.
- Taking the lead on HR initiatives that support organisational goals and create efficiencies.
