About the Role
Serve as the primary contact for both management and staff, offering guidance on HR policies and Employee Relations matters to promote a positive organizational culture. Your pivotal role will contribute significantly to the overall success of the team.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement HR policies, procedures, and internal systems
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and prepare employment contracts
• Aid managers in resolving employee relations matters
• Apply and interpret the Fair Work Act and Modern Awards
• Provide comprehensive advice and support throughout the employee lifecycle

Skills, Experience & Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources
• Proven HR experience in Civil Construction/Mining industries
• In-depth understanding of the Australian Industrial Relations Framework
• Familiarity with relevant Industry Awards and agreements (Civil Construction preferred)
• Experienced in policy development, procedures, and training
