Senior Hr Systems Specialist (Workday)

Genesis Minerals have a long-term opportunity for a Senior HR Systems Specialist to join our People & Culture team.
 
Initially reporting to the HRIS Project Manager, this is a permanent full-time opportunity and you will be our key superuser for the business ensuring our People systems are set up for success and are purpose fit for the business.
 
This role would be a perfect opportunity for an experienced HR professional who has proven capability with, and an aptitude for implementing HR Information Systems.  The successful candidate will participate in the project implementation of Workday, working closely with our Integration partner and key stakeholders within Genesis Minerals.
 
During and following the implementation of Workday, this role will continue to work on developing and improving business processes to enhance the user experience.

We would love to hear from you if you have​:

• Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, or related fields
• Demonstrated experience/exposure with HRIS/HCM systems, ideally Workday
• Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, principles and workflows
• Genuine career interest in HR Systems and HR processes
• Work in a timely and organised manner with clear and concise communications to ensure that stakeholders are informed
• Willingness and ability to support users of the system
• Understanding concepts of data management and interdependencies in creating an end-to-end HRIS/HCM solution
