We are a boutique law firm located in Brightwater, Mountain Creek. We practice in the areas of property law, business and estates.
We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic individual to join our growing team.
The role will involve reception / administrative duties such as:
- Greeting clients and organising meeting rooms
- Opening files and archive management
- General reception duties such as answering phones, booking client appointments, photocopying/scanning, mailing and stationery requirements
- Safe custody management
- Maintaining social media profile
The successful candidate will also play a support role by:
- Providing secretarial support to solicitors and paralegals
- Drafting basic legal documents
- Preparing correspondence
- Conducting online searches
Previous legal secretarial experience an advantage and role can be customised depending on your level of experience, with a focus on growing your skills.
To be considered for this position you will need:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and organisation skills, with ability to prioritise tasks
- A positive attitude and willingness to contribute as part of a team
- Good computer literacy – experience with LEAP or Smokeball an advantage
- Driver licence (to run occasional errands / mail)
Salary negotiable depending on your skills and experience.
