We are currently recruiting Senior HVAC/Air Conditioning & Appliances Technicians for Melbourne's Eastern and Western Suburbs.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately service faults and measure product service data
- Support our Customer Service Technicians to ensure faults are serviced accurately
- Support our Dealer and Authorised Service Centre network with training on service and installation.
- Develop and maintain superior product knowledge through all training media, service manuals and training sessions
- Infield supervision of Technicians and Apprentices when required
- Identify suggested improvements and shares with relevant cross-functional stakeholders e.g. Manufacturing, Quality, Product Development for diagnosis, analysis and continuous improvement
- Ensure all activities of the customer experience service operation is performed in compliance with country, state and federal regulations, and laws governing business.
- Maintain and manage van stock of spare parts inventory
Experience Required:
- Demonstrated domestic and commercial HVAC experience, fostering a culture of action learning and performance through effective coaching and mentoring.
- Must have a Refrigeration Mechanical - Certificate III, ARCtick Licence, and an Electrical Practicing Licence for the state.
- Must have a valid and clean driver licence
- Strong communication skills
- Proven track record in delivering exemplary customer service experience in the HVAC space
- Be self-motivated with a positive, friendly approachable nature
