Senior Interior Architect

This is an incredible opportunity for a talented Senior Interior Architect to join a boutique design firm, boasting over 20 years of successful industry experience and an outstanding reputation among the building and design industry.

This firm works across a range of typologies including Private Houses, Multi-Residential, Workplace and Commercial projects across Sydney, and greater Sydney regions. You will be a valued team member, among a tight knit and passionate team with an amazing culture.

You will lead projects from concept to completion with a focus on design development, documentation, and delivery. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Utilise exceptional design skills through all project stages and delivery
• Assist with maintaining existing and developing new client relationships
• Deliver technical drawings and documentation to the highest level of detail 
• Work with external consultants, suppliers, and contractors to execute projects
• Seek creative solutions when required and work with the Director to refine project outcomes

Skills and Experience:

• Ideally you will have the equivalent of 8+ years Interior Design experience in similar role
• Proven ability to manage projects from concept to delivery
• Previous documentation experience at DA and CC stages 
• You will have an in-depth knowledge of local building regulations and compliance
• Highly detail oriented and an exceptional eye for design
• Vectorworks experience ideal (but not essential)
