Our ClientSenior IR/ER Advisor role within a well-established and supported team based on the outskirts of the CBD. This is a rare opening for a Senior Advisor or Lead seeking their next role to work within a friendly and supportive team of industry experts.
Description
Reporting to the HR Manager, your duties will include, but not limited to;
- Liaising with Unions and building productive and effective working relationships
- Working closely with the wider HR and Legal teams to ensure successful outcomes
- Provide IR & ER guidance to the local and regional stakeholder group
- Develop and maintain relationships with all key stakeholders
- Drive a collaborative and harmonious working environment
- Draft and finalise formal documentation to support legislation and policy matters
- Interpret all relevant modern awards, legislations and regulations
Profile
As an ideal applicant, you will have;
- Tertiary qualified, ideally within Industrial Relations or Law
- Confident communicator at all levels of seniority
- Prior IR / ER experience, ideally supporting a large workforce
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of Australian legislation, awards and regulations
