Senior Java Developer - Sydney - 6+6 MONTH CONTRACT
  
Our client is seeking a skilled Senior Java Developer to join their experienced team for the biggest Australian Supermarket client.
  
Position – Contract Position (6+6 month) extension could be possible
Job Location – CBD, Sydney
Work – Hybrid,2/3 days from office

Job Description:
  
"The ideal candidate is a Senior Java Developer with:
  

• 7+ years experience as a developer
• Proficient in Java: The candidate should have a solid background in Java programming, demonstrating a strong understanding of the language?
• Microservices and RESTful API Expertise: The candidate must be highly skilled in building Microservices and developing RESTful APIs.
• Experience with SOAP is beneficial, but not mandatory.
• Enterprise Integration Experience: It’s essential for the candidate to have practical experience in integrating enterprise-level applications and systems.
• Data Processing Experience: The candidate should have experience in processing large volumes of data, transforming raw data into meaningful format.
• Experience with Azure: Development experience on Microsoft Azure is a plus Basic SQL Knowledge:
• The candidate should be familiar with basic SQL operations such as SELECT, JOIN, and GROUP. Unit Testing and TDD:
• Experience with unit testing, JUnit, and Test-Driven Development (TDD) methodologies is preferred.
• Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): The candidate should be familiar with CI/CD practices and tools.
• Experience working in Retail/ eCommerce is ideal.
