RESPONSIBILITIESIn this position you will:

• Lead hands-on software development on the backend including our AWS infrastructure collaborating closely with the team to deliver features and functionality
• Drive the development of key dimensions and features of our enterprise SaaS application, from concept to deployment, ensuring adherence to industry best practices and standards
• Conduct research and analysis of system program needs including identifying technology limitations and deficiencies in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods
• Deliver rapid, regular releases under lean agile development principles
• Collaborate with our development team with ideas, designs and solutions that fulfil client and user requirements and our company's standards and requirements
