Senior Lead Electrical Engineers - Building Services

Lead + Senior Electrical Engineers Responsibilites:

• Lead and mentor junior colleagues and lead and run your own projects.
• Utilizing your electrical design expertise on projects that span across multiple disciplines.
• Implementing best practices to deliver optimal outcomes for clients, resulting in cost and time savings.
• Taking charge of small to medium-sized engineering design projects and providing support for larger projects.
• Maintaining effective communication with external entities such as clients and authorities, as well as internal colleagues and managers.
• Establishing strong client relationships and identifying potential business development opportunities.
• Contributing to the growth and development of the business unit, aligned with strategic objectives.

About you:

• Possess a degree in Electrical Engineering or an equivalent qualification.
• Ideally working towards achieving chartered status.
• Proficiency in BIM (Revit) or a willingness to acquire the necessary skills.
• Extensive experience in the Building Services sector, applying Australian building codes and standards.
• Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build solid relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively manage competing priorities, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
