The Senior Learning and Development Lead will manage team members through coaching, mentoring and performance management to ensure optimal outcomes and professional growth. This includes setting clear expectations, providing regular feedback and identifying opportunities for professional development.

This exciting job opportunity falls under the Corporate Enterprise Solutions branch within the Department of Health and provides solutions and services that support Queensland Health's enterprise corporate applications while also supporting the payroll transactional processes. This application suite includes the largest integrated rostering and payroll solution in the public sector and the finance, business and logistics solution and management environment.
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience with designing and developing innovative and engaging blended learning solutions incorporating best practice Learning and knowledge management methodologies.
- High level communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills including consultation and negotiation with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment, whilst being receptive to feedback to ensure that Learning and knowledge management materials, content and communications developed are fit for purpose and align with the team's overall strategy.
- Experience in the effective management of people, performance and resources required to coordinate the delivery of Learning and knowledge management initiatives and programs in a virtual environment.
