  • Facilitation and Engagement: Design and facilitate a variety of engaging Learning Experiences such as online courses, in-person workshops, and blended solutions. Ensure learning is accessible and impactful for diverse audiences.

  • Measurement and Improvement: Define and implement measurement strategies for learning effectiveness, including the use of metrics and feedback for continuous enhancement and alignment with organizational goals.

  • Best Practices and Standards: Develop and advocate for standards, processes, and best practices in learning design and development, leveraging AI and other tools for content creation and innovation.

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related fields.

  • Experience and Portfolio: Minimum of 10 years in Learning Experience design or instructional design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse, engaging, and effective learning solutions.

  • Design and Development Skills: Proven expertise in designing and developing learning content for both online and in-person formats.

  • Technical Proficiency: Advanced proficiency with learning management systems and various instructional design software, including but not limited to Keynote, Rise, Vyond, Captivate, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Camtasia, Screenflow, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Premiere Pro.

  • Process and Standards Development: Demonstrated ability to build, implement, and maintain processes, standards, and best practices for Learning Experience design and development.

  • Project Management: Strong project management skills focused on the delivery of high-quality learning products on time.

  • Facilitation Skills: Exceptional facilitation skills, with experience leading engaging and effective training sessions.

  • Collaboration and Communication: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Analytical Approach to Learning Effectiveness: Experience in evaluating and improving the effectiveness of Learning Experiences using data and feedback.
