They currently own two 5-Star Hotel properties in Australia and will be adding serviced apartments in Perth to their portfolio, offering you the opportunity to join a business that is rapidly expanding.
The company is currently seeking a Senior Leasing Manager with experience in hospitality or real estate and will be based at their hotel in Perth. You will be reporting to the Country Manager, and you will specifically be working with Office Leasing.
The role entails sourcing new office tenants, fostering strong relationships, and negotiating premium lease agreements. Responsibilities include understanding tenant needs, ensuring compliance, and facilitating smooth lease renewals. This includes managing property handovers and takeovers and handling any other leasing assignments as directed.
The role has the potential to earn a base salary ranging between $90k - $120k + Super + Comms
The ideal candidate should possess an educational background in Real Estate, along with experience in the property industry, specifically in Office Leasing.
Most important, however, is the ability to demonstrate a good understanding of real estate laws across different countries and a proven track record of successful leasing transactions.
