Are you a passionate change professional looking for your next exciting opportunity? We are currently looking for a Change Business Partner to join our PMO team. This can either be an initial 18 month contract, or a permanent opportunity depending on the candidate. We are open to the person being based anywhere in Australia.
The Change Partner plays a key role in ensuring projects and other change initiatives meet their objectives on time and on budget, in alignment with Findex change methodology. This role focusses on the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. The primary responsibility is to create and implement change management strategies and plans that minimise resistance, promote proficiency, and maximise employee adoption.
What will your typical week look like?
- Develop and deliver projects or a workstream within a change management initiative with guidance from senior colleagues
- Use structured change management methodologies to build acceptance of change and embed desired culture and behaviours within transformational change programs
- Identify and evaluate risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints associated with change readiness and develop, facilitate agreement, and implement solutions to overcome these
- Support with the facilitation of workshops with subject matter experts to drive agreement across functional and cultural areas

Let’s talk about you
- Proven experience as a change practitioner, ideally within a professional services organisation
- Relevant qualification, + change management practitioner certification highly desirable
- Application and integration of change management methodologies, such as Prosci®.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, such as Agile or PRINCE2
