About the role
Based in Melbourne and with regular travel opportunities, you’ll be joining a unique, dynamic, and fast-growing business as our Senior Leasing Manager.
This is a permanent, full-time role for a retail leasing professional wanting to enhance and deploy their expertise representing landlords and tenants across Australia.
A sample of activities include:
• Oversight and management of leasing activities within the business
• Project leasing of new, ground-up retail shopping centers
• Rental determinations and negotiations
• Lease negotiations across multiple jurisdictions

About you
• 5+ years’ experience in retail and/or shopping center leasing – Landlord or Tenant side
• Ability to work autonomously, be self-motivated, take initiative and be enthusiastic in the delivery of your craft
• Experience working within the various state Retail Leasing Acts
• Passionate about property and delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
