Address- Prepare annual budget and quarterly forecast for IFRS lease
- Analyse and provide insights on variance of actuals against budget/forecast
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Prepare the cash flow disclosure requirements for leases
- Prepare group IFRS 16 lease reporting
- Prepare and manage year-end reporting and audit requirements including financial statement preparation
- Identify opportunities for process improvement
- Coach and mentor junior staff members

- CA/CPA qualified
- Prior experience with Lease Accounting and Fixed Asset Accounting
- Demonstrated understanding of IFRS 16 Lease Accounting Principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capability to investigate and interpret complex financial data
- Enthusiastic and committed with a consistent focus on achieving results and supporting the wider team
