Senior Legal Assistant - Cbd Location!

Our client is an award-winning firm with multiple offices around Melbourne. This role is situated in their beautiful, modern CBD office.

The firm are looking for a full-time, experienced Senior Legal Assistant, to support 2 amazing Lawyers that are known for being great to work with. This firm have a strong reputation for providing their staff with all the support they need to grow, learn and progress their career. 

This role is varied and will see you covering a range of secretarial and administrative duties. 

Some of your duties will include: 

• Preparing correspondence, compiling briefs and court documents;
• File management;
• Monitoring critical dates to ensure deadlines are met;
• Diary management and inbox management;
• Handling general client and stakeholder enquiries via telephone and face-to-face and
• General administration.

To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience over 4 years as a Legal Assistant supporting in law firms.
