Our client is excited to engage a talented career legal secretary who is on a path to progress within their career and wants to feel valued as a contributing member of a high-performing inclusive team, supporting 1 – 2 partners and up to 4 fee earners in their construction team.
This role can see you working on challenging, exciting projects which will include normal day-to-day duties.
- Diary and travel management
- Communicate with clients, stakeholders and other parties
- Drafting and preparing of legal documents
- Collate court bundles
- File management
- Event coordination
- Complex billing & expense management
Our client is looking for someone who has prior:
- Construction or Litigation experience
- Success working as a legal support professional for 3 + years.
- The ability to take a proactive approach and contribute and work as a member of a team.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Experience using e-filing and billing systems
