This opportunity is with a national top-tier Law Firm, based in Melbourne CBD, supporting their projects legal team. The firm is focused on its culture, people, and diversity.
The Role:
This role will see you support 2 Partners and their team in the firm's very busy projects practice. This role will see you as a true member of the hard-working and fast-paced team. The firm are open to someone 4 days part-time as well as full-time. Duties include:
- Travel and accommodation booking
- Expenses
- Billing
- Opening and closing files
- Provide support to executives
- Ad hoc administration tasks

About You:
As this role lies in one of Australia's top Law Firms a legal background is essential. You will need 5 or more years experience as a Legal Assistant or legal secretary. High attention to detail and strong Microsoft office skills. A proven track record to work to deadlines and in a fast-paced environment.
