AddressOur client has instructed us to find a Commercial Litigation & Insolvency Lawyer to join them on a permanent basis. They are a boutique law firm who service a loyal client base to include SME’s, directors, top insolvency practitioners as well as insurers. The legal services they offer to their client are commercial disputes, corporate & commercial, finance, property, insurance, and insolvency/restructuring and work on large scale, interesting a complex disputes & insolvency matters.
Due to growth across the business, they are now in the market for a 3-8 year PQE Lawyer to join their experienced team of 15 Lawyers in their CBD based office, with experience in commercial litigation and/or insolvency who want to take on a diverse workload of high quality disputes.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Provide high-quality legal advice in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
- Build strong relationships with the firm’s existing clients.
- Managing a mixed caseload of commercial litigation and insolvency with minimal supervision.
- Working closely with partners on more complex and higher value matters.
- Liaising regularly with clients and look for opportunities for new work from new & existing clients.
- Delegating work to and supervising junior lawyers within the business.
