The firm has a variety of clients including Commonwealth and State government departments, major corporations, liquidators, and individuals. In the insolvency practice, services include litigation involving the preparation and drafting of complex court documentation, the provision of complex advice, as well as transactional work such as drafting deeds and contracts.
What we are seeking:
- 5 years + PAE in Commercial Litigation / Insolvency
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain a good rapport with internal and external stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in an environment where you work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team
