About the role:
As a Senior Maintenance Engineer - Mechanical, you will lead the reliability team in all aspects associated with defect elimination, condition monitoring, asset tactics, hydrocarbon management and technical support to the maintenance team. You will collaborate with stakeholders providing budget estimates for project proposals, plan and raise work orders and purchase orders using Oracle (SAP) for project activities through to implementation.
Reporting to the Maintenance Improvement Superintendent, you’ll be accountable for the reliability and performance of physical asset across the site through the formulation and implementation of maintenance and reliability tactics. Overall, your dedication to upholding Zero Harm principles and company values will contribute to fostering a positive work culture.
About you:
- You’ve completed your Engineering degree (Mechanical or Reliability)
- You’ve previous reliability or maintenance experience within an engineering or mining environment with a good knowledge and understanding of Asset strategy development, Root Cause Analysis, and other analytical techniques.
- Your familiar in the use of SAP and Microsoft Excel with demonstrated Mechanical Project Engineering experience.
- You’ve got amazing communication and stakeholder management skills
- You've got your current Australia Driver's licence.
- Are able and willing to work in underground mine environment
