Senior Manager, Advice | Financial Services

The CompanyA leading firm with a national presence, who are heavily backed by an international bank, this business has been a leader in their sector and offer tailored advice, investment solutions and corporate advisory to a wide range of clients. The Role As the Senior Manager, this role will have responsibilities including, but not limited to: · Spearheading projects aimed at enhancing the quality of advice and its documentation.· Engaging with regulators and prominent industry associations.· Reviewing financial planning documents and assisting advisers in meeting regulatory obligations· Identifying operational risks within the business operations and devise effective policies and procedures to mitigate them.· Conducting comprehensive training sessions covering advice formulation, regulatory compliance, and related topics.Your ProfileThe successful candidate will demonstrate:· A strong understanding of the Financial Advice and wealth environment within the Financial Services sector, minimum 7+ years of experience· Relevant University degree with compliance experience within Financial Services· Strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills· Prior Leadership experience would be desirable, not essential.Apply TodayPlease send your resume by clicking on the apply button.
