Senior ManagerProgram Design is responsible for developing, driving and executing the Loyalty wide
Program Design and providing input to core Program initiatives to drive greater program engagement, deepen customer relationships and achieve annual business targets. It does this by owning the strategy formulation process for Loyalty wide
Program Design including the branding, marketing, pricing, product and member experience.This role requires significant senior stakeholder collaboration and influencing across multiple Loyalty squads to achieve the best outcomes for member and Group. In addition, this role acts as a senior strategic adviser to other core Program functions and the broader Loyalty business across all topics relating to the member and overall
Program Design.What you’ll bring to the role:
- 7+ years of experience in a similar role
- Experience in strategy development and implementation
- Experience in developing business models, new business cases and evaluating propositions.
- ‘A Cause and Effect’ thinking with the ability to identify complex multiple chains of cause and effect.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to engage and motivate people through effective communication.
- Commitment to change and continuous improvement.
- Prior experience in agile ways of working and design thinking will be highly regarded.
