Our Forensic & Analytical Science Service provides independent, objective analysis to the NSW criminal and coronial justice system. What you'll be doingThe Senior Human Resources Manager performs a statewide role reporting directly to the Director, People and Culture. The Senior Human Resources Manager will be responsible for providing senior subject matter expertise, leadership and business partnering with a primary focus on statewide operational HR projects while ensuring delivery consistent with the organisational strategy and priorities. The Senior Human Resources Manager will create resourcing flexibility, offer surge capacity and where appropriate, provide leave relief to the Associate Directors, Human Resources as required.The Senior Human Resources Manager also works in partnership with the respective Associate Directors, Human Resources to provide strategic support, advice and guidance in relation to operational HR projects and priorities, together with workforce matters as required.Interested in joining Australia’s largest public pathology service? Apply now by addressing the following questions: * Tertiary qualifications in human resource management, business, management or related field and/or extensive experience in Human Resources management in a large and complex service delivery organisation.

• Proven track record in providing coaching, facilitation and/or investigation support to a complex organisation.
• Extensive experience in delivering operational workforce projects or change management initiatives with proven project management and consultation capability.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including experience in working with multidisciplinary front-line managers, senior managers and industrial associations, and producing complex and comprehensive reports and briefings
• Demonstrated experience leading HR teams and providing strategic and operational HR advice across the employee lifecycle and leading an operational HR area
• Sound understanding of NSW Health employment frameworks including relevant awards, industrial instruments, policies and legislation
• Demonstrated experience and sound understanding of Pathology and/or Forensic and Analytical Science Services.
