Together we are making a difference so South Australia thrives.The Senior Manager, Corporate and Government Communications oversees the Corporate and Government Communications Unit which is responsible for developing effective corporate communication strategies that represent the Visitor Economy as a key economic pillar and a ‘force for good’, while supporting the management of the corporate reputation of the South Australian Tourism Commission (SATC).The Unit works closely with the Minister for Tourism’s Office, the Department of Premier and Cabinet, and other areas of the South Australian Government to identify and develop media announcements, and build trust, confidence, and pride by promoting the strategies and methods used to grow the visitor economy in South Australia.Reporting to the Executive Director, Strategic Communications & Engagement, the Senior Manager Corporate and Government Communications will support the development and maintenance of relationships to continually strengthen the SATC’s reputation with key stakeholders and promote the profile and initiatives of the SATC with regional, state and national media.The role requires significant interaction with key stakeholders in Government and industry to ensure consistent messaging.
