You'll be responsible for
- Lead the end-to-end bid management process through to solution design, RFP responses, presentation rehearsal and support the Business Development team with sales conversion, to position Allianz as the preferred Personal Injury insurer and deliver on profitable growth targets.
- Design and create executive style presentations to enable the Client Servicing Team to deliver high quality, bespoke information and insights to new and existing customers.
- Lead the development and delivery of collateral aligned to the Personal Injury Customer Value Proposition across the Personal Injury Division, ensuring internal and external brand activity and messaging is aligned and consistent.
- Conduct regular marketing research and competitor analysis to identify potential business opportunities, keep abreast of market/industry trends to assist in developing appropriate and effective bid strategies.
- Manage, measure and continuously innovate and improve the bid management process, practices and process quality to ensure our proposals and tenders are of a marketleading standard.
- Lead the creation and roll out of supporting content tools, library and governance system.
About you
- Extensive leadership experience in a strategic bid and growth role.
- Self-starter, with proven mindset, capabilities and experience to transform the bid and tender capability of the Personal Injury division to deliver on growth, retention and brand ambitions.
- Strong ability to identify salient issues, evaluate information, exercise judgement and deliver effective, customer focused solutions.
- Demonstrates commercial acumen by using insights related to the market, opportunities, risks and competitors as well as the dynamic levers that influence these factors.
- Proven capability to manage key/complex programs of work/ negotiations to ensure favourable commercial and financial conditions for Allianz, whilst ensuring mutual agreement between parties is achieved.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, coach and empower people to develop potential and capability.
- Expert relationship management experience.
