Job Title Senior Property ManagerJob Description Summary Opportunity for an experienced Property/Lease Manager to join us on a high profile account, managing an allocated portfolio across, NSW, ACT & QldJob DescriptionThe Senior Property Manager is a leadership position responsible for ensuring high class property management of a specified Retail portfolio and support for direct reports. Main responsibilities include team management, FM escalations, Landlord dispute management; leases set up, rent roll management and provide world class service to all stakeholders.The successful candidate will provide high quality property management service for allocated portfolio (NSW, QLD, ACT) including oversight of direct reports and other functional support teams.About the role:

  • Direct, coordinate, and exercise functional responsibility for property management business
  • Provide overall property management leadership through the development and interpretation of policies and programs, coordination of information flow and property management strategy
  • Provide direction and leadership to Property Management staff, promoting reasonable career paths associated with property management professionals
  • Track budget variances and ensure smooth recovery process
  • Support prompt collection of management fees and reimbursements to overhead
  • Maintain interface with third-party owners, ensuring total contract compliance, and accurate and timely reporting
  • Resolve tenant relations issues to ensure their satisfaction
  • Perform regular property inspections with staff
About you:
  • 5+ years of real estate property management or related experience
  • CPM, RPA, or CSM designation
  • Possess real estate license
  • Strong knowledge of finance and building operations
  • Ability to effectively manage a team of professionals, including both employees and vendors
  • Previous experience in analysing and negotiating commercial lease and/or contract language
