A bit about your role
As the Practice lead, you are responsible for managing a team of high-performing Experience Design (XD) practitioners. You will lead and nurture communities of practice, and drive accessibility initiatives. Moreover, you will be responsible for achieving high-performance metrics across the team.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to create and implement an Experience Design strategy to drive innovation and value for nbn. This will see you champion the practice across development teams, technology teams, and the business and serve as its ambassador. This will include effectively communicating the team's skills and value proposition to seize strategic business opportunities.

Experience leading a high-performing team and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders is essential.
You excel at collaborating with agencies and suppliers and can speak and engage audiences at industry events. You have experience working on accessibility programs, driving accessibility uplifts, and leading communities of practice across business units and teams.
You will bring a strategic mindset and can develop a strategic vision for the XD team aligned with the business objectives and application/service needs.
