What you'll do:
The Senior Manager - Media, Content & Social, is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of social media and content strategies aligned with business goals as well as providing effective leadership in media strategy, planning, purchasing, and optimisation to achieve business objectives.
What you'll bring:

• 10+ years experience in a similar role, whether on the client or agency side
• Proficient in social media best practices including experience with process creation for effective community management.
• Experienced in the development and delivery of social media and content strategies and plans to drive growth.
• High level of understanding of the media landscape and ability to manage opportunities for optimisation of spend across media channels
• Innovative thinker driving customer value and performance improvement through challenging the status quo
• Proven project management and leadership skills in a dynamic, multifunctional environment
• Strong commercial acumen, critical thinking, and experience collaborating with external suppliers (agencies) and a diverse range of vendors
• Track record of translating insights into effective marketing plans and campaigns through a data-driven approach
• Cross-functional collaboration within a large organizational context, achieving outcomes through negotiation and stakeholder management
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills, fostering a collaborative work environment
• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a related discipline
