You will design and implement plans to achieve set revenue and market share targets and ensure achievement of overarching business strategies. Additionally, you will manage a small group of high-profile corporate accounts.What you’ll bring to the role:Experience providing leadership, mentoring and coaching a team, and ability to manage their development and performanceExceptional commercial acumen and customer orientation, with demonstrated ability to develop and execute sales initiatives that deliver tangible value to the business and customersHighly developed selling, account management, contract negotiation and business planning skillsExcellent interpersonal, stakeholder management and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to influence positive commercial outcomesAbility to think creatively to develop initiatives to enhance performance and efficiencyUnderstanding of external environment and competitive trends as well as a strategic mind-set to maintain market position and meet objectivesProven experience developing business and managing business activityWe won’t settle for anything less than the best outcome.
