About the role
There is currently one permanent, full time vacancy to be filled from this recruitment process.
Reporting to the Executive Director, this position is responsible for working collaboratively as a member of the Board’s Leadership Team in shaping Strategy and delivering on the strategic direction including building organisational culture. The Manager leads the Board’s Strategy and Business Services directorate in delivering sound and best practice risk, governance and policy frameworks, communication and stakeholder engagement approaches as well as strategic planning, budget setting and financial management processes.
To be successful in this position you will be a current member of CPA Australia, the Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia or the Institute of Public Accountants (or approved overseas equivalent) is essential.

Conditions
A current (within 6 months) National Police Clearance Certificate *Current membership of CPA Australia, The Institute of Chartered Accountants Australia, or The Institute of Public Accountants (or approved overseas equivalent. * will be required prior to commencement of employment.
While this selection process will initially be used to fill the above vacancy, applicants found suitable for this position may be considered for ‘similar’ vacancies within the Board or the wider public sector, or both, which arise within twelve months of the recruitment process being endorsed. In addition to this, should the successful applicant decline or vacate the advertised position, then the next most suitable applicant may also be selected from this process. Future vacancies may be considered fixed term, permanent, part-time or full-time.
