About the Role
The role is key to ensuring that Genea Biomedx continues to have the highest quality and processes for manufacturing Assisted Reproductive Technologies. The successful candidate will have experience in Quality Systems and understand manufacturing processes. Using your strong interpersonal skills to assist with the training and coaching of team members, providing technical guidance to the manufacturing team with a hands-on approach.
A key part of your role will be ensuring quality standards are adhered to and manufacturing tasks are performed consistently and on time. You will:
- Lead process improvement initiatives and feedback onprogress after implementation is complete
- Review current standard operating processes SOP’s
- Develop and write key reports to enhance processes and improve quality standards
- Develop training material to align with key quality improvements and SOPs
Desired Skills & Qualifications
We are looking for an individual to join our team. You will have:
- Minimum qualification of bachelor’s degree in science or related field with a Masters or Post Graduate degree desirable
- 3 plus years’ experience in medical device, pharmaceutical, or Biotechnology Manufacturing
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the principles of aseptic manufacturing and the appropriate movement of materials between ISO-classed areas
- Experienced in investigating and the resolution of non-conformance
- Advanced Word and Excel experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
