Form of workWe have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join one of Australia’s largest industrial refrigeration companies. Ideally, the role will be based in either Adelaide or Melbourne; but are open to the role being based at one of the other Oomiak locations in Sydney, Brisbane, or Perth for the right candidate.

About You
You are an experienced and qualified Mechanical Engineer wanting to work for one of Australia’s leading industrial refrigeration companies (ideally with approximately 6+ years of experience). Your exceptional technical ability is supported by excellent commercial acumenYou have highly developed communication skills that enable you to communicate and build effective relationships with customersYou want to expand your refrigeration knowledge further You have a strong commitment to safety and want to be supported by the company you work for You ideally have experience in industrial refrigeration or a strong interest or passion to develop within the industry You value great communication at work and want to know what is expected of youYou want great outcomes for the customers you work forYou want to work with a team of exceptional people who are highly skilled, work hard, and foster a fantastic work environmentWhat You’ll be Doing
You’ll be providing refrigeration engineering services for a diverse range of industrial applications. You’ll be working on diverse projects and solutions - you won’t be doing the same repetitive work over and over again, and every day will have a new challenge.You’ll be providing quality services to a variety of industries, including logistics (cold storage), manufacturing, food processing and beveragesYou'll work from your home capital city (Ideally Adelaide or Melbourne, but could be Sydney, Brisbane or Perth) and will have opportunities to work across Australia.What’s in it for You?
