Responsibilities for this role include:
- Leading mechanical design and project engineering tasks
- Having the opportunity to lead projects or contribute significantly to larger team projects
- Collaborating closely with clients, suppliers, government departments, and stakeholders
- Engaging in a variety of bespoke projects, including greenfield and brownfield ventures.

Qualifications and skills required:
- A degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Proven experience in project engineering
- Demonstrated adaptability and creativity in designing specialized machinery
- Strong technical knowledge and proficiency in Autodesk Vault / Inventor (or similar AutoCAD experience)
- Experience with FMCG machinery is highly desirable
- Solid experience in commercial manufacturing
- Self-motivated problem solver with excellent time management skills and attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfortable engaging with clients to provide solutions for challenging engineering problems.
