Job description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Craft (Implementation)
· Accountable for the implementation of your client’s campaigns ensuring it is in consideration of key performance criteria including deadlines, budgets and media KPI’s.
· Support the media manager and director on implementation planning as required.
· Lead the compilation and ownership of campaign monitoring/dashboard reports and insights, and post reporting, delivered in a timely manner.
· Lead the Executives/Coordinators by assisting the media manager/director to buy, track and optimise all campaigns efficiently within deadlines by:
o Provide accurate and timely data entry of campaigns (using correct rate cards, surveys, POs, job codes and Spectra commission rates)
o Post-match all TV campaigns as instructed.
o Manage digital ad operations and trafficking.
· Demonstrate competent knowledge of digital platforms – Google/Meta, by completing Google Ads certification beginner. Meta Blueprint beginner.
· Develop a strong knowledge of the AU media landscape across traditional and digital channels and ensure you proactively stay up to date by attending publisher presentations.
· Become confident and contribute to utilising implementation planning tools like Roy Morgan, AQX, Commspoint journey & influence, Attention Planner, to identify insights that influence media planning.
Client (Service & management)
· Be a key contact to the client for any campaign implementation and finance administration related tasks.
· Lead internally and present campaign performance reports to clients as required.
· Attend and play an active role in client WIP’s as required.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with client’ creative agency to effectively manage the communication on material instructions and deadlines.
· Maintain strong relationships with publishers, ensuring that our campaigns are implemented and delivered on time and to the highest quality.
 
People (Management & Development):
· Confident in working within cross functional team.
· With the support of your manager and director, lead the workflow and quality of deliverables across the team within the core Executive and Coordinator functions.
· With support of your manager, assist in the training and development for junior members in the team (i.e. Coordinators)
 
Commercial:
· Lead and oversee monthly invoicing process with other Executives and Co-ordinators.
· Responsible for accurately managing the financial process with client (PO & MBA management, budgets, accuracy of media rates/plans).
· Has a strong understanding of Spectra and is timely and accurate with inputting and checking proformas.
Accountable for the full end to end implementation of your client’s campaigns ensuring it is in consideration of key performance criterial including deadlines, budgets and media KPIs.
· Campaigns include larger financial year marketing campaigns and local area campaigns. Responding to media briefs through recommendations; assess most effective media channels and which media supplier to partner with.
· Compiling creative assets from client and distributing them across media channels and managing any creative changes during campaign
· These KPIs include general brand awareness through target audience reached, brand consideration through web clicks and purchase of product through product sales
Compilation and ownership of campaign monitoring/dashboard reporting and insights, and post reporting in a timely manner
· Reporting includes making sure all radio, TV and billboard ads run as booked. Ensure all digital campaigns reach booked creative impressions and clicks through the Campaign Manager360 dashboard.
· Managing and optimizing campaign as it is running to ensure most effective media options is utilized to reach media KPI.
Responsible for accurately managing the financial process with client (PO & MBA management, budgets, accuracy of media plans and rates
 
Collating media spends and creating contracts for clients in line with media budget at the start of each campaign
· Building out and updating media plans for the client with compiled media rates, fees and production costs
· Ensuring media channel spend do not go over or under set budget by running proformas and invoices monthly to track
