RoleBased
in our flagship branch, you will become an integral member of the Delta team
and work closely with both Head Office as well as the wider branch network.You
will have the exciting opportunity to support our existing clients and help
drive the ongoing growth of the business. Key market segments the role
encompasses include Ag chem, fertilizer, seed, animal health and nutrition,
general merchandise, and seasonal finance, as well as promoting other services
such as our agronomic advisory and precision ag.To
be successful in this role you will:
Be able to demonstrate
strong success in a rural focused sales role.
Be committed to growing a
business through adding value to our clients and demonstrate an ability to
deliver awesome customer service.
Require great
communication skills, both phone and face to face with clients.
Have a strong working
knowledge of invoicing, admin processing and computer skills as well as
inventory management.
Hold a forklift licence
(or be willing to).
Be committed to make a
positive contribution to our existing team and the community? to listen,
learn and contribute.
AgChem knowledge would be
highly desirable.
Have effective
communication skills, both verbal and written.
Have farm inputs product
knowledge and a general knowledge base of farm practices.
Have a strong attention
to detail with a natural concern for quality and standards and experience
in workplace health and safety.
