Senior Merchandiser/Store Co-ordinator

Supabarn is a market leading independent grocer. Supabarn is focused on quality delivering an exceptional experience to its customers, in both range, quality, service and competitive pricing. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Senior Merchandiser to join the team.

You will be in charge of merchandising our Supabarn and SupaExpress stores. You will be an in-store ambassador for our business, and will be expected to build strong and productive relationships with the store teams.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:    

• Liaising with Metcash team and our stores to facilitate sales growth
• Merchandising, and stock presentation
• Liaising with sales representatives/merchandisers to ensure in-store execution 
• Ensuring products are priced and ticketed correctly
• Assist with stores Refits/Relays as required
• Negotiate deals with suppliers on behalf of the stores to increase sales

This position would suit someone who has previously managed a supermarket.

• Have strong attention to detail
