The role:
MS Dynamics 365 CE/FO technical/functional consultants or developers, to work on new and exciting projects.
What you will do:
- You will be part of a team responsible for deployment, implementation, Design and development within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/FO) solutions on and more
- As a Developer being responsible for the implementation of design and solutions of Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/FO) across a variety of project-based scenarios
- Deploying MS Dynamics 365/CE/FO projects on customer site working across Proof of Concepts, Design, development, Customizations, Workshops and Support
- You will guide junior team members or lead them dependent on your experience
- Operate in a team environment, contributing to delivery, problem solving and team culture
- You will work on the integration of MS Dynamics 365 using Power Automate Flows and use other products in Power Platform
- Offering a consultative approach and listening to client requirements and delivering accordingly
- Working with users to formulate and document business requirements
- Identifying, investigating, and analyzing business processes, procedures and work practices
- Identifying and evaluating inefficiencies and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behavior
- Using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects
- Taking responsibility for deploying functional solutions, such as creating, adopting and implementing system test plans, which ensure acceptable quality and integrity of the system
- Creating user and training documentation, and conducting formal training classes
- Developing functional specifications for use by system developers
- Using data and process modeling techniques to create clear system specifications for the design and development of system software
- Acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process.

- Recent experience within Microsoft Dynamics 365 within varied project environments
- Customer facing skills and strong communication is essential for the role
- A can-do positive attitude and someone who is willing to learn and grow
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service
