SalaryQIC has embarked on a path of major technology transformation including cloud technology and we are now looking for a highly experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer who will report to the Manager for Digital Workplace.
This role will engage with relevant business units and their stakeholders to understand their requirements andhow we can best address these utilising Dynamics365and other client focused products across the business, whilst maintaining the historical high levels of IT service, QIC is leveragingits Cloud IT environment to transform the technology, processes, and people and to deliver the desired benefits to QIC.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver solutions based on best practices and principles in Microsoft Dynamics 365, specificallyPower Apps(Model driven and Canvas Apps), Power Automate and Custom Pages.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to gather requirements, seek clarifications, and provide advisory services when required.
- Gain an understanding of what the business does and how it operates, examining existing business processes to identify gaps, opportunities for improvements and automation.
- Capture user requirements as user stories, develop and document solutions and develop proof of concepts as required.
- Assist in implementing the new processes, features and tools and document improvements, measure these and repeat the process.
- Produce supporting documentation for Microsoft 365 based solutions.
- Maintain currency of Microsoft 365 skillset to understandwhat can be achieved OOTB through configuration and no code solutions.
- Ensure quality of work developed through testing.
- Provide support for systems in the Digital Workspace landscape. In conjunction with other members of the team, identify and manage the risks involved in providing the technology service and identify emerging and current threats to develop risk treatment plans.
- Effective and key influencing across business engagement with various business units to understand their needs and howMicrosoft 365 technology solutions can assisttheresolution of these requests and issues.
- High focus on process excellence around documentation, analysis and optimise all defined Apps Dev and Architecture processes followed by reliable execution.
- Degree in Information Technology (or similar) or recognised qualifications in Information Technology.
- 5+ yrs across technology with specifically in Microsoft Dynamics 365 including, PowerApps, PowerAutomate and PowerBI.
- Solid experience customising and configuring Microsoft 365, Power Platform and Dynamics 365 CEto deliver practical solutions, with a strong preference for automating tasks and enhancing and extending Out of the Box functionality.
- Experience advising and implementing Microsoft 365 products such as Power Automate, PowerApps including both model-driven and canvas apps and Custom Pages.
- Experience developing custom plugins in Dynamics (C#) and writing client-side JavaScript.
- Knowledge of data modelling and database concepts and experience in data migration between Power Platform environments.
- Experience in delivering technology using the Agile approach and within project governance and project frameworks.
- Skilled and experience in the analysis of IT requirements and the design and deployment, testing, implementation, maintenance, and support of IT systems.
