You will have exposure to Agile ways of working and involvement in project implementation in a hybrid cloud environment while maintaining BAU activities.You'll be responsible for the support of server infrastructure, within contracted time frames and services level agreements. You will have the opportunity to be involved in high level briefs and design alongside Technical Leads, Architects, and Project Managers. This support will involve remote assistance over the phone and ad-hoc onsite visits when required and participate in an on-call roster for after-hours support.You will be part of a dynamic, adaptive, and supportive team, striving toward continual learning and growth. Our Datacom offices are based in (Adelaide, Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Perth and Sydney. You will be part of our extensive Operations business who support each other working collaboratively across locations. You'll be providing technical maintenance, support services within agreed service levels along with maintaining technical documentation for a large, dedicated government customer.You will also be using tools and Agile processes e.g., sprints to deliver services to customers to ensure their service level agreements are met, proactively managing their infrastructure and driving service process improvement. We are a pretty agile company, and are keen to respond to customer, technology and internal stakeholders' changing requirements and this can mean we evolve in our roles to meet those needs.***This role requires AU Citizenship and to be able to gain a Baseline/NV1 Clearance***What you'll bringTo be successful in this role you'll bring 10 years' experience as a System Administrator with Windows Server technologies.Your technical experience should include:

• MS server operating functions, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, ADFS, DHCP, DFS,
• Mentorship and knowledge sharing
• Active Directory, DNS, Site and services, GPO's, Domain management
• Projects for upgrading Windows servers in place or deployment of Windows servers for EOL
• Experience with projects e.g., Windows server migrations
• Windows server clustering
• Experience working in an Enterprise IT Infrastructure
