About the Role
This role will have direct responsibility for the account management of specified categories on the Metcash Account and achievement of the NSV, Trade Investment and Gross Return targets.
Key responsibilities:
- Achieve Sales & profit targets while managing D&A in line with targets.
- Build Customer plans that are integrated with the Brand plans and deliver a benefit for the Consumer, Category, Customer and Kraft Heinz
- Deliver insight led category workshops and category reviews with Metcash.
- Optimise D&A investment for the greatest Gross Return ROI
- Negotiating promotional program including deals, frequency, display, catalogue / TV support and stock allocations
- Executing tailored NPD launch plans
- Activating plans instore by arming the field team with the tools to execute effectively.
- Establish & foster relationships with key stakeholders internally & with Metcash.
- Prior FMCG experience with a National Account customer.
- Preferably to have experience working with Coles, Woolworths, or Metcash.
- Availability to travel interstate regularly.
