Reporting to the Technical Delivery Manager. The role as Senior Network Engineer will see you drive moderate to high level network changes, create network design documentation and solutions for customer request and projects. Other responsibilities include:
- Generate designs, solutions and execute new installations and upgrades as necessary complying with the change management process.
- Provide incident resolution, installation and Project Delivery for Data Network services.
- Support Network Infrastructure, including- Routers, Switches, Wireless, WAN Accelerators, Firewalls, Video Conferencing, and Network Cores (Data Centres).
- Work with the Customers, Enterprise Architect, NEC Management and the delivery team in providing the best and most cost-effective solutions.
About you
- Working with Cisco Routing and Switching products,
- Deploying and supporting Cisco Wireless LAN and Cisco Firewalls, Video Conferencing and Cisco ACI,
- Implementing, managing and troubleshooting complex Cisco based networks in a large enterprise environment
- Working extensively with network management systems,
- Driving effective working relationships with customers and internal staff.
