About You
- Essential: At least 12 months of experience in a Paralegal/Legal Secretary role within a Personal InjuryLaw Firm
- Experienced candidates are also strongly encouraged to apply
- A commercial approach to work will be recognised
- Superb communication skills: Ability to communicate with clients in plain English; additional languages are a plus
- Experienced in: Drafting submissions and preparing further and better particulars
- Excellent academic results, including an ATAR result of 96 or higher and an overall credit - distinction average or higher.

The Role
- Be part of our team while also working autonomously
- Draft applications for lodgement and filing
- Review of legal correspondence and policies;
- Review of clinical and financial records
- Coordinate matters for filing in Online court/PIC Portal
- Prepare briefs and letters of instructions
- Engage with clients, lawyers, and doctors
- Manage general correspondence with superannuation/insurance companies
- Arrange appointments
- Provide mentoring to Paralegals.
