Working for a boutique Financial Planning company, you will be able to improve upon the systems and processes for your position and direct meaningful change. You will be able to impact the business by working with the company Director to assist servicing his long-established client book. You will have the opportunity to grow a staff around your position as the company is expanding its book.
Responsibilities include:
- Facilitating annual reviews with clients and their Financial Adviser
- Following up and assisting clients to sign Statements of Advice and Annual review documents
- Paraplanning via preparation of – ROAs SOAs. Extensive XPLAN knowledge is a must.
- Following up on the signing/completion of advice documents including RoAs, SoAs, Fee Disclosure Statements, Execution Orders, Third Party Authority Forms, relevant superannuation and insurance forms/paperwork.
- Performing research and facilitating administrative maintenance of client’s external accounts/policy’s
- Accurately following digital document control procedure, workflows and completing checklists in set timeframes
- Checking emails regularly, actioning tasks where needed
- Accurately recording, updating, and maintaining client information including maintaining accurate file notes in the CRM, superannuation platform and insurer’s advisor portals.
- Sending of advice documents and implementation of chosen strategies
- Providing high level administrative support to the adviser/s, and the broader wealth team
- Client checkins
- Liaising with product providers and other third parties
- Contact clients to arrange meetings and follow up.
- Liaise with retail super funds to accurately research and obtain relevant information.
- Prepare Annual review packs for the Advisers.
