The Northeast Auto Group is expanding again…. and this time we are coming to Alice Springs!
Our BRAND NEW Dealership is almost ready to open in Alice Springs partnering with some high profile, reputable, industry leading brands, and we have multiple opportunities for energetic, switched on people from the local community to join the team.
We are looking for an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team, this role is crucial in assisting customers and technicians in identifying and sourcing the right parts from various cars and brands.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers in identifying and sourcing the right parts, answering enquirers, and offering technical advice when needed.
- Use your expertise to accurately identify parts, components, and specifications based on customer descriptions, part numbers, and reference materials.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately, ensuring that the correct parts are selected and ordered.
- Monitor and manage parts inventory, ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet customer demand.
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends, product developments, and technical information related to the parts you deal with.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory management.
- Work closely with other team members including sales, technicians, and suppliers, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
About you
You will bring a passion for helping customers, and exceptional communication skills. You are driven to deliver an exceptional customer experience each and every time, as well as motivated to increase customer sales.
- Previous experience as a parts interpreter/advisor or related fields
- Knowledge/passion for the automotive industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using computer software and inventory management systems.
