An opportunity has arisen to join a long-standing family owned and operated business, where you will be working as part of the team of 5 within the Payroll Department.
About You:
- Sound payroll knowledge
- Attention to detail and excellent computer literacy skills
- High level of accuracy in data entry
- Experience in high volume payroll data entry
- Ability to work within a team environment as well as independently
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and maintain confidentiality
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Data entry
- Preparation and checking of timesheets
- Processing weekly pay runs
- Assisting with end of month and end of year payroll functions
- Assisting with payroll reporting
- General office duties as required
If successful, you will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical along with drug and alcohol testing.
