We are seeking an experienced Senior Payroll Administrator with excellent communication skills and a proactive and positive attitude to be based in the Adelaide.

You have a wealth of payroll experience, preferably in an industry where employees are spread across projects and locations
You know payroll systems inside and out. ELMO experience? Yes, please!
You pride yourself on your ability to communicate with people at all levels, making complex information easy to understand
You have experience in interpreting and applying industrial instruments

The Role:
The Senior Payroll Administrator is responsible for the accurate and timely administration of payroll operation of the business.
- Manage the accurate and timely processing of the company’s and other associated entities payroll on a fortnightly basis
- Oversee and maintain time entries and assist staff and approvers where required
- Ensure all company employee entitlements are paid in accordance with the employment contracts, national employment standards and the company’s Certified Agreement
- New employees setup, terminations and leave requests
- EOM processes including PAYG tax clearing, superannuation, child support, portable long service leave reconciliations and process payments
- EOY processes including PAYG tax clearing, superannuation, child support, portable long service leave reconciliations and process payments
- Reporting and statistics to meet contractual and legal obligations
- Provide payroll advice and support across all departments and projects
Salary will be according to experience.
